The annual Robert Flaherty Film Seminar has for decades been one of the world’s most important and vital places to explore contemporary documentary and experimental cinema, and its 2009 edition offered no evidence to dispute this.
Seven days. One excuse to make the film you always wanted to make. The Seven Day Competition begins with a kickoff event where team captains will receive an information packet containing waivers, releases and the secret constraint(s) that they will be included in their film. Film teams will have seven full days to conceive, write, shoot, edit and score their films.
