Continuing the success of #AsianAugust, which saw an influx of Asian American-led films such as Crazy Rich Asians, Searching, and To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before, could we see the same support for Asian Americans on TV and behind the scenes?

Catch the world premiere of “Japanese American Home Movies to Light” on Sunday, September 30th, 3:30-4 pm at the Herbst Theatre during San Francisco Music Day 2018.
CAAM will host a special screening of “The Chinese Exclusion Act” from 5-7pm.
The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) recently gave SOMA Pilipinas a $100,000 “Our Town” arts grant that will go toward the Filipino Cultural Heritage District.
