Save the Date! CAAMFest 2021 is Coming May 13-23

CAAMFest 2021 Save the Date

Mark your calendars! CAAMFest 2021 will take place May 13-23, 2021 with live streaming, on-demand, and drive-in programs.

With social distancing for the COVID pandemic still in effect in San Francisco, the Center for Asian American Media (CAAM) will continue its work of creating cultural connection for these times, through a mostly online festival of film, food, and music, with some socially-distanced drive-in events. CAAMFest 2021 will present 11 days of vital storytelling and conversation, which continues to be relevant as the Asian American community has been deeply affected by both the COVID-19 pandemic and ongoing racial and civic discussions over the past year.

CAAMFest, the nation’s largest Asian American film festival, is an 11-day feast of the senses, with film, music, food, and digital media from the world’s most innovative Asian and Asian American artists. Entering its 39th year, CAAMFest will continue to be an anchor event celebrating Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. Stay tuned for more announcements about CAAMFest highlighted films, Opening Night and Closing Night programs, and more. We will continue to update our website with more information.
