CAAM is excited to be back at Sundance Film Festival in 2019. CAAM has continued to deepen our relationship with Sundance Institute and Sundance Film Festival programmatically and in our relationship with their new diversity initiatives, including a recently announced press inclusion initiative.
For nearly four decades, CAAM has created opportunities for Americans and people around the globe to understand the diverse stories and experiences of Asian Americans. Through our work with Sundance Institute and Sundance Film Festival, CAAM continues to impact careers, communities, and perspectives.
CAAM will be hosting a panel discussion about decolonizing filmmaking that will take place Sunday, January 27, 2018 at the Kimball Art Center.
Special thanks to CAAM Board Member Naja Pham Lockwood and Karim Ahmad, Director, Inclusion & Outreach at Sundance Institute.
More details will be announced soon about CAAM at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival!
