Most Americans are familiar with Martin Yan as the face of the iconic PBS TV show “Yan Can Cook.” The popular cooking show premiered in 1982, some 33 years ago. Through behind-the-scenes footage of Yan at home, at work, and on set, this video gives us a rare glimpse of Yan’s life.
