Storytellers Session: Ursula Liang

March 18, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Ursula Liang

The Center for Asian American Media (CAAM) invites you to our next event, Storytellers Session: Ursula Liang, on Thursday, March 18, 2021.  The event live stream link will be sent to all registered guests.

This program is the first in our new series, Storytellers Sessions.  We are honored to present this conversation between filmmaker Ursula Liang and CAAM’s Talent Development and Special Projects Manager, Sapana Sakya.

Ursula is one of the next generation storytellers CAAM is honoring this year as part of our Storytellers 2021 series. Storytellers 2021 spotlights visionary Asian Americans who are elevating our narratives and moving the Asian American experience forward. Stay tuned to our website for Ursula’s Storytellers 2021 profile.

This is your chance to learn more about Ursula’s path to storytelling and how her work advances a deeper understanding of lesser well known stories and underrepresented communities.

Current CAAM members receive free admission to this program. Tickets are $10 for non-members. Join or renew as a CAAM member today to receive free admission to this program. In addition to the conversation, all participants will receive a promo code to stream Ursula’s award-winning documentary film 9-Man (2014) for a limited time for free.

Purchase your ticket here.

For questions or more information, check our program page or email CAAM’s Membership and Donor Relations Manager Jennifer Chu at events@caamedia.org.
