PRIOR SCREENINGS
Please note works are eligible for screening in the Festival only if they have not received prior public screenings in the San Francisco Bay Area. Works must be a San Francisco Bay Area premiere, at minimum.
PUBLICITY MATERIALS
Please send the following materials to our Public Relations Coordinator Brian Ray at bray@caamedia.org by January 13, 2017:
- Press Kit including logline/brief description, detailed synopsis, cast/crew list, director biography and statement
- Preview Online Screener (and Password if applicable)
- Trailer and/or Clips
- Stills (300 dpi TIFF or JPEG), with captions in a separate document
- Head Shot of Director
- Theatrical Posters and Postcards (may be sent later)
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Filmmakers are responsible for ensuring paid shipment of exhibition materials to the Festival. The Festival will incur only the cost of outbound shipments of the exhibition copy. Our Print Traffic Coordinator will contact you in January to make these arrangements. All international shipments must be accompanied by four (4) copies of a commercial (pro-formal) invoice. The Print Traffic Coordinator will provide the invoice as needed. Do NOT declare shipment value over $100USD. The exhibition copy in transit is insured by the Festival’s Film Floater policy that covers any loss or damage to them while in transit. Do NOT ship via cargo or airfreight. Do NOT use shipping fiber-filler or packing popcorn, as these can damage the exhibition copy.
