CAAMFest38 Call for Entries
CAAMFest38 takes place May 14-24, 2020.

The Center for Asian American Media (CAAM) is now accepting submissions for CAAMFest38. CAAMFest38 takes place May 14-24, 2020. CAAMFest is the nation’s largest Asian and Asian American showcase for music, food, film, and digital media, presenting approximately 130 works at 92 public events in San Francisco and Oakland. Since 1982, the annual festival has been an important launching point for Asian American independent filmmakers as well as a vital source for new Asian cinema and artists. Previously celebrated in March, the festival moved to coincide with Asian Pacific American Heritage Month (APAHM) in 2018 and align with the national broadcast works curated and produced by CAAM. Applicants can submit online using FilmFreeway. For questions or more information about the Call for Entries, please contact the Festival team at festival@caamedia.org.
