The Center for Asian American Media (CAAM) presents our annual invitation-only CAAMFest Sneak Preview on Thursday, March 21, 2019 in the beautiful theater of Airbnb‘s San Francisco Headquarters building. We are thrilled to partner with Airbnb once again to host this exclusive program.
You will be among the first to learn about the meaningful programs and experiences awaiting you during CAAMFest37 and Asian Pacific American (APA) Heritage Month. The festival, which will take place May 9-19, 2019, is an anchor event celebrating APA Heritage Month.
The program will feature a screening of clips from 2-3 films selected for CAAMFest37 and a moderated conversation between CAAM’s Festival and Exhibitions Director Masashi Niwano and some of our selected filmmakers. We will also share with you highlights of the CAAM-funded and CAAM-supported documentaries set to premiere on national public television this May, as well as updates on other major CAAM initiatives and programs.
You will also have the opportunity to meet fellow members of the CAAM family and members of CAAM’s Board of Directors and staff.
The screening will be preceded by a reception featuring a delicious assortment of light appetizers and drinks from some of our valued CAAMFest sponsors.

Follow up information, including instructions for how to check in upon arriving at the building, the location of the pre-reception and theater and transit and parking recommendations will be emailed to all registered guests several days before the program. All guests will be required to present a valid ID to the Airbnb SF HQ security team for entry.
