CAAM filmmaker Jean Tsien Wins Taiwan’s Golden Horse Award for “Plastic China”

The filmmaker received the prestigious award for best editing at the Golden Horse Awards in Taiwan.

Congratulations to filmmaker Jean Tsien, a former CAAM Board Member and producer and editor on many CAAM-funded films. She recently received Taiwan’s Golden Horse Award, considered the Oscars of Asia, for Plastic China (dir. Wang Jiu-liang), for which she is an executive producer and editor of the film. The film played at CAAMFest earlier this year. Tsien won the award for Best Film Editing. Tsien is an executive producer of the CAAM-funded film Daze of Justice, directed by Michael Siv.
