The Center for Asian American Media is proud to present CAAMFest San Jose (August 16-18, 2013), three days of film premieres, social events and special programs spotlighting the creativity and vitality of Asian Americans in San Jose and Silicon Valley.  CAAMFest San Jose opens on Friday, August 16th, with the San Jose film premiere of WILL YOU STILL LOVE ME TOMORROW? at Camera 3 Cinema followed by the Opening Night Party at the San Jose Museum of Art (SJMA).

CAAMFest San Jose brings stories that reflect relevant and authentic portrayals of Asian Americans and the Asian diaspora. San Jose is home to the nation’s fourth largest Asian population and CAAM recognizes that this community is fueling the dynamic growth of the region’s business, civic and cultural life. CAAMFest San Jose highlights how Asian Americans are creating the future of Silicon Valley  with the collaboration of local business, civic and community leaders. We are very grateful to our partners for helping us make CAAMFest San Jose a reality.

CAAMFest San Jose will converge local and international filmmakers with close ties to the South Bay for what promises to be a weekend of fun and thought provoking films. In attendance will be Arvin Chen, Director, WILL YOU STILL LOVE ME TOMORROW?; Florante Ajuilar and Fides Enriquez, Co-Producers of HARANA; Hua Tien-hau, Director, GO GRANDRIDERS, along with 10 Grandriders! Duc Nguyen, Director, STATELESS; Kerwin Berk, Director, INFINITY AND CHASU RAMEN; Porter Erisman, Director, CROCODILE IN THE YANGTZE; and various local filmmakers from the FUTURE’S CALLING shorts program.
