In recognition of this fine documentary tradition, The San Francisco Foundation invites accomplished film/video/digital media artists to apply to The San Francisco Foundation Bay Area Documentary Fund for early production support.

The 54th Robert Flaherty Film Seminar will be held June 21-27, 2008 at Colgate University, Hamilton, New York. Guest curator Chi-hui Yang, Director of the San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival, will program the seminar titled “The Age of Migration.”
FRONTLINE/World and the National Minority Consortia (NMC) are collaborating on a joint call for proposals for an online series entitled “Abroad at Home”, part of FRONTLINE/World’s larger 2008 Election project called “The World is Watching”.
