Catch “Right Footed” Documentary on Fuse TV May 20

"Right Footed," directed by Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Nick Spark, chronicles Jessica Cox's amazing story of overcoming adversity.

CAAM is proud to co-present Right Footed, the newest feature on Fuse’s We The Dreamers documentary series. We The Dreamers shines a light on young, idealistic and diverse subjects celebrating their cultural heritage and identity, confronting issues and overcoming prejudice.

Right Footed, directed by Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Nick Spark, is an inspiring documentary about Jessica Cox, a woman born without arms due to a birth defect. She faced many challenges growing up, from being bullied to learning how to do day-to-day things that most of us might take for granted, like driving a car or getting dressed.

Watch Jessica as she travels the world giving hope to people living with disabilities as a motivational speaker, expert martial artist, mentor, licensed airline pilot and advocate. In countries where those with disabilities are shamed and locked away by their own families, even here in the US, Jessica provides inspiration to children and adults who were born the way she was.

Right Footed played at CAAMFest 2016 as the Closing Night film.

Fuse, Handicap International and CAAM team up for the Right Footed U.S. television premiere Saturday, May 20 at 8P/7c.
